I had client call and say about two weeks ago they stopped having the ability to record the "Emergency on call" message at Intercom 7892. Of course right off, I figured they were not saving after recording the new message. (they record a new message weekly, for the contact info of who is on call)
So I went onsite yesterday. I attempted to record a test message on Intercom 7892. It will let you record, and let you save it, but if you go back to preview the message, it just keeps playing the old message. Seems like it just wont save the newly recorded message.
Any ideas?
