I need to set up one line to be answered by the AA on our NAM. Other departments currently use the AA and have CCR trees. I would like to have this one line ring 3 times and then answered by AA. My goal is to record a message giving the extension numbers for my group and allowing the caller to dial that extension from the AA. Can someone please tell me how to make this work? Please!!

Greetings all

Here are my questions:

1) After receiving a client complaint, I tested the phones by calling one of the ext 235 who is out of the office. I reached the ext 235 voice mail, and I did not want to leave a message and wanted to talk to reception so I press "zero" no one anwered at the reception desk and
and reached a recording that said "The operator is not available." The recording then went straight back to the ext 235r's voicemail. How can I have them leave a message on the general voicemail box?

2) Is possible to have them transfer all calls from extension voicemails back to the auto attendant?

I had set "return to AA menu" prompt is set to yes in AA admin programming (feature 983).
I have also selected Attendant Available, business open and answere lines and set Attendant to 221

Also in Auto-Attendant Properties I have selected Return to Auto-Attendant.

FYI we are using BCM 3.7

I have also checked F982 and make sure Attendant Available is checked and an extension entered. Also look in Table 1 and make sure the attendant extension is also entered there.

thank you and Any help appreciated.
Cheers
