I thought I knew what I was doing with these.

When I dial into one of my buildings the AA is supposed to pickup, instead it routes to someone's voicemail, and they don't hear my luxurious voice welcoming them to the company. If I 0 out or time out it goes to the general mail box like it should.

It's as if there is a hidden AA greeting/menu then the Day AA and night AA greetings I made.

I remain humbled and vexed

Sounds like you have an extension set to answer the calls, rather than Auto Attendant.

The LOWEST LOGICAL ID (Port 1, usually) is the PRINCIPLE USER of the LINES by Default. You would probably just want to turn the ringing off on that extension, or whatever extensions are still ringing, (Assuming you want AA to answer all calls).

Set the LINES to go to the VM Calling Group, then set the ports on the VM to always answer in AA Mode.

That's the way I've been doing it lately.

Might have to help me a bit further on that. I assume:
F1 Sys Program
F5 Exit
F6 Extensions ?

Or is it in another submenu?

F1 Sys Program
F5 Exit
F4 - Lines & Trunks
-more-
F2 PrincplUsr
