We have a system with the following System configuration
Delayed Call handling - Calling group overflow after 20 sec
AA (Automated Attendant) Calling group is 699
Operator Mailbox is ext. 10
Reliable Disconnect is Yes
and the following VM configuration
VM Delayed Answer for all ports are No Delayed Answer
General Maibox for AA is x.10
System is configured for Single AA
Port Allocation is split allocation
Scheduller controller follow both the Legend and Mail
Touch-Tone Gate is off
We have recorded both the Day and Night greeting
We have three problems:
1. When the system answers the call, it says Extension 699 is not available instead of enabling the day or night greeting.
2. After the system answers the call, it takes few seconds before it evens start talking.
3. After the one hangs the call, the system does not diconnect immediately and calls the operator back (one or two rings)
