Intuity Audix. I have employees who aren't allowed to have mailboxes (no messages can be left for them). How can I allow the auto Attendant to direct calls to these employees' phones without really giving them a voicemail box? The AA needs something to recognize them and send calls to their desks. How do I set up a no-message-recordable mailbox for them?
