I have a customer with an 0x32 release
4.1 and a Callpilot 100 release 31.10.14.22.
System has been installed for several years
with no issues. The customer recently changed
over from a standard T1 to a VOIP T1 coming off
of an IAD. Since the conversion we are now having
issues with people not being able to dial through
the AA. Telco insists that this is
strictly a coincidence and has nothing to do with their IAD. Anyone had any similar experiences if so were you able to resolve the issue yourself or is this simply going to require a showdown with telco.

I know there is a later greater release available
for the Callpilot but I see no mention of any dtmf
issues being repaired in subsequent releases so I am hesitant to upgrade just for the sake of upgrading.

There was a dtmf patch out there, but I'm not sure it'll cure your ills. Have you tested inbound calls at the demarc? Are the tones coming through clean?

Usually these issues are intermittent, but if users hear latency and jitter during their conversations, it's a CO issue- common on voip.

This did turn out to be a Telco issue, and when pushed to fix
it or switch it back. They managed to find the issue in an hour, after telling us for 2 weeks it was our equipment with a
problem.
