AA directory Feature

our VM directory feature under AA used to work fine, but now when someone calls the main number AA does read that "if you have the ext number for the person you are calling please dial it now" but when dial the number the AA will transfer back at receptionest desk and will not transfer to the extension dialed. Please help....
 
Yes we are using PRI and the version MICS rel 02
 
This is basic VM programming and as a newbie you should contact your local vendor and have your VM configured correctly for you and train you how to set up the AA
