AA/CCR Path 0 End - Time Out Destination Point

Was afraid of that. Hoping however someone had a vewy twicky work around...
On a NAM note.. had a colleage tell me about uploading .wav files to the NAM through the modem to do remote AA & CCR Sound bites. Ever done this one? He didn't know how it was done. One of the Major banks where he doew service work does this.

No, I haven't done anything/heard that working on a NAM but I did read on the Nortel(old)ITAS bulletin board that someone was doing that with the VM card on the BCM. Since it's windows driven it should be straight forward. We don't have any BCM's yet here in CORN COUNTY.
