AA Answers instead of Voicemail

On a legend r6.1 a did number goes to voicemail after 4 rings during the day. But with night service on it is picked up by the AA instead of the voicemail that it is supposed to go to.

Where do I go to fix that?
 
is did # pointed @ voicemail @ night instead of ext?
 
it's pointed to voice mail.

How do I check to see which ext/DID are in the night service group? Which is the Night service group?
 
by dox I assume you mean documents. And no I sure dont.
 
hey I just was looking @ the manual can be downloaded
right from avaya web site(see link above) and if you have winspm program it sure makes life easier but
nightSrvce can be checked right from MXL-20L !!!
 
will adding the extension to the nightservice exception list keep the night service from picking up that extension when it rings?
