AA answer lines on BCM 400 4.0 with access to directory

Sounds simple but here is the story. I have a BCM 400 4.0 with Call center I have two lines on a PRI one target line is answered by AA table2 for backdoor access for employees and the directory is accessable the other target line is answered by AA table 1 and after the greeting the call is transfered to a CCr tree and a transfer node to skill set 1.

My question is with AA answering both lines why can't I access the company Directory from the AA to CCR to skill set line but can from the backdoor line all settings seem to be the same but if I press # * or 0 I go direct to the skill set.

I need help thanks in advance Steve
 
The call centre target line is answered with a greeting then by the sound of things you have a ccr transfer node to the skillset DN.

You cant use the facility when the greeting is played, only when you get past this can you access the other functions.
The next step is to transfer directly to the CC DN therefore you have no time to input anything.

If the ccr was to offer an option eg,press 1
then you would have time to enter *,# etc.
