Sounds simple but here is the story. I have a BCM 400 4.0 with Call center I have two lines on a PRI one target line is answered by AA table2 for backdoor access for employees and the directory is accessable the other target line is answered by AA table 1 and after the greeting the call is transfered to a CCr tree and a transfer node to skill set 1.
My question is with AA answering both lines why can't I access the company Directory from the AA to CCR to skill set line but can from the backdoor line all settings seem to be the same but if I press # * or 0 I go direct to the skill set.
