AA and Ringing the receptionist

I have Norstar on a PRI with a Falsh IV.
Heres my problem, even though I have lines 1-25 primary going to the voice mail DN, I have rings set at 0 on AA on the Falsh V and I have no other line appearances assigned to the receptionist DN other than her own DID, it will ring once at the recpetionist when a caller calls the main number and hits the AA.
How do I change it so it does not ring the receptionist unless you zero out or dial her DID?

Do not program PRI lines to appear on any phone set or voicemail
The PRI calls get routed thru target lines and not physical lines

When you set up your target lines be sure to set the prime set to "NONE", this should eliminate the burst of ringing.
