Have a client with PACS R5.0 and PC mail(large). I'm not sure how to program ext 10 to be the AA at nite on incoming calls. Also, the client does not want to include in the greenting, "to leave a message in the general mailbox, please dial 0". Are there any viable options? I don't think they are willing to spring for a Messaging unit as they only have six extensions. I've only dealt with the full sized mail units, but not sure how AA works on PC mail? Any help would be appreciated.

The pcmail does not offer a general mailbox. timeout/dial Zero will always goto ext 10

Thanks for your reply ttech. What I ended up doing was having the receptionist record a greeting in mbox 10 "...; to leave a message in the general mbox, please stay on the line or dial 0..." and turn on her DND and Nite Service buttons.
