AA and Line Coverage Ext.

I am trying to haave a setup, to where during the day, if no one answers the phone it goes to ext 10 voicemail. Whenever I press the Night Button I want it to play the AA(ext 0). I have tried a couple of different things, i know the Partner pretty well and can't find an answer.

Never tried it, but...

You could make an AA mailbox a certain ext...say 55. Set the lines to cover to ext 10's mailbox. Then at night forward calls from 10 to 55. Should work, If I get time I will try it in the office....

but then would they have the options of transfering to different extnesions at night?

Can't do it on PVM card. AA mailbox is not an option.

Call Dist Group and Call Coverage are mutually exclusive.

Add a DXD card, which gives you a 20-second Auto Attendant that the callers can dial an extension from. Assign the lines, with fewer rings than the voice mail coverage of Ext. 10. Make 10 the Call Coverage receiver as well. Don't use DND at ext. 10.

The DXD button becomes your night button.
