Been a while since I programmed AA usually it is pretty simple.

I am trying to set up AA using PMVS-3. When I enter F506 all it offers me is ALWAYS or DELAYED it does not offer the number of rings I want to program.

What am I doing wrong? Do you have the step by step. Could my PROC not support AA. I am able to dial into VM via 777.

P.S. I am using an ACS PROC. Sticker is not on the front so I am not sure what version PROC.

Anything older than ACS R3 supports only immediate and delayed. R3 and newer support number of rings

Do a feature 59 and let us know what release you have.

This must be the first time I have worked on anything less than a Partner R6 so this must be the reason.

What are the set up instructions for AA for versions less than R3?

AA is the same, just you can do immediate call handling or a fixed delay. You just cannot set the number of rings delayed ring is.

Thanks. Yes, I got it to work. Seems that the PMVS R3 only have basic AA features, no submenus, centrex transfer, info. or company dir..
