IS THE AUTO ATTENDANT IN THE CICS 6.1 AND THE AUTO ATTENDANT
IN THE CALL PILOT THE SAME? OR IF YOUR USING THE CALL PILOT DO YOU KEEP THE AA IN THE CICS OFF?

keep aa off on cics if your using aa on call pilot
Feature 985 gives you vm dn...for forward no answer and forward on busy

If you dont have a voicemail system, that's when the AA/CCR of the CICS must be used.
+ You get AA is an option in one type of CICS software only

CICS software types:

CICS restricted
CICS standard
CICS standard + AA
CICS standatd + AA + IRAD
