I have star talk flash 2 port and setup AA to answer all lines. It works great but when someone presses 0 for operator it will only ring at one phone.. Is there a way to make this ring at different extension in the building or am I out of luck

Thanks
Mike

Fred,
Change the operator to the extention you need to ring.

PWD: operator
go 'next' until you see the screen that defines the extetion;
then use the soft key to 'change' and enter the ext you wish to ring;
go 'next' once; then
Rls.

Guess I missed the point.. I need to make this ring at 3 different extensions at the same time if possible.

Fred,
Simplest way is to use answer keys. I don't know if making a hunt group DN the attendant will work. Never tried it. Also have never tried using the CICS system answer on a hunt group DN.
