a8n-vm csm sata II ncq (native command queue) not enabled

anyone solved the asus a8n-vm csm sata ii ncq problem?

asus a8n-vm csm has nvidia 430 chipset, which appears to allow ncq on sata drives that have the ncq feature, on other motherboards.

this is a single sata drive, not a raid configuration.
asus says that setup must have only ncq or raid but not both selected.

seagate st3250824as (7200.9) drives have ncq capability.
on this motherboard this feature can not be enabled, it is always grayed out.

device manager > ide ata/atapi controllers>:
nvidia mcp51 serial controller properties

enable native command queue is always grayed out.

speed test button
produced sustained transfer of 66-67 mbytes/sec
burst of 170 mbytes/sec

Your speed test numbers appear to be pretty good.
