Hi,

I have a problem to open ACCPAC form. Whenever I try to open a form after signing in, a4wContainerXP.exe is hanging on but does not open the form. Anyone have any idea?

Your help greatly appreciate!

Hi ettienne,

It is Accpac 5.4 SP 3(30 days trial version).

Thanks!

So I guess this is a standalone install on the local drive?

Hi ettienne,

Alsowhen I try to open UI info tool, it said "Can't create a Session Manager". Is this because I schedule a importing task which to import records to Accapc with a highest privileges?

Thanks!

Did you install to the default C:\Program Files\... folder?

No, I install another folder instead of default program files folder.

It worked last week, don't know if it is caused my scheduled task 'cause it happened after I scheduled my task to run with highest privileges.

Thanks!

Sorry! What do you mean by " let the process complete and try again"? the a4wContainerXP.exe process? It won't stop. unless I stop it manually.

The scheduled process. What have you scheduled and how often?
What's the load on your CPU and how much RAM do you have?

I tried to delete my scheduled process and then run Accpac, but still same thing....

Thanks!

Hi,

Can anyone help me out here? desparat fro help...

Thanks a million!

If it used to work, then something else besides that scheduled task is interfering. You said you "tried to delete my scheduled process". Do you merely try, or did you get rid of it?

Thanks tuba2007!

I have deleted the scheduled process already, but still same thing..., don't know what else is affecting on Accpac.

I repeat....
What do you have scheduled and how often?
What's the load on your CPU and how much RAM do you have?

I had scheduled a program to import GL Jurnal Entry to ACCPAC daily. The CPU usage it took is 20 at most, but I have 4 processors, 8 GB RAM, ...

Did you have a previous version of Accpac installed on this workstation?
