Whenever I switch to e-mail as an output source I received the following error.

A4containerxp.exe application error

The instruction at "0x0000000" referenced memory at "0x0000000". The memory cannot be read.

No one at ACCPAC can seem to help with the question. I can not use the e-mail functionality within our system.

Accpac versions and service packs?
Running on Terminal Server or Citrix?

5.5A Sage Accpac ERP
Running onTerminal Server

I am not technical savy, but work for a small company and am getting the run around from my outside IT team. I don't know what default email client means. I also don't know how to tell how many service packs.

I appreciate any help you can give me.

Click on Help, System Information in Accpac to get the service packs.
Login to Terminal Server and open Windows Explorer, right-click any file and select Send To, Mail Recipient. This will open the default mail client, see if you can send the email.
The issue you are having may relate to security on the TS and the users lack of rights to create files in certain folders. Login as network administrator and try emailing from Accpac, this will confirm if it is related to security.

I do not see where it references Service Pack. Is that the same thing as a lanpak?

I was not able to e-mail following your directions through Windows explorer. Nothing even happened. No pop up, it is as if it did not register the command.

I logged on as administrator and was not able to e-mail out of accpac or throught Windows explorer.

After each module name you will see something like (Product Update 1) - this is the service pack level.

If you cannot email from Windows then the email functionality will not work in Accpac, you need to resolve the basic Windows email functionality first.
