A2K vs NT Server File Compression

Does anyone know if A2K has any issues with NT Server and server file compression?
Since our IS group has established file compression on certain servers, the number of corrupt database issues has risen. I don not know if this is just another case of user brain dump season or if the compression could be a factor in this issue.
Any info would be appreciated.
