A wrong Connection????

When trying to connect to APS , the following error message comes up


Unable to Connect to <servername>. A Wrong Connection is made to
@@apsname(<servername>). Logon can not continue


Any help appreciated

Which version of Crystal Enterprise are you using ? How are you connecting to the APS via EPortfolio, via the Crystal Management Console or another means ?
