A Web Page opens by itself whilst surfing

A web page opens itself whilst surfing. It use to open when windows started up but has stopped doing this for no reason, now just opens every so often when surfing. Have scanned for virus/trojans, checked msconfig but cant find anything. Anybody help? Am running XP with IE 6.
