A way to provide immediate fax tone?

I have an MM 3.0 with an MSS. Is there a way to provide an immediate fax tone when the system answers? I know it can be done based on the system recognizing the CNG tones from an incoming fax, but I have had complaints about not being able to provide an immediate fax tone and how it is causing some confusion with outside callers trying to send a fax and expecting to hear a fax tone instead of a mailbox greeting.

Never going to happen if it is a users mailbox. if it is not just record the personal greeting with fax tone and that will work. The problem is the system does not know what is calling so it plays the greeting or name until it hears tone. It will not work any other way.
