A way to limit bin creation...

Standard Macola menu option security by user can lock out bin creation to only certain users. This would address the Bin Master under IM->Maintain->Bin Master.
On the receiving side, the users can create ANY bin. This is considered a feature as it automatically creates the IMINVBIN record as well as receives the item. If you own Flexibility (aka VBA for Macola) you could write a simple piece of code to ensure the value entered is an existing IMINVBIN record.
