I am in need of a replacement .exe file.
I recently had a worm virus on my PC which affected an executable file on my PC. The file is used to lauch applications in Windows 98. This file was not able to be repaired, therefore having to be deleted which now means that I cannot access any applications on my PC. The file is called :
SirC32.exe
It sits in the C:\Windows\System directory, and from what I gather, a replacement file could just be put in this location. I have misplaced my Windows 98 disk, so require a replacement.
Any advice on the matter will be appreciated.

Will this file then remove any issues in the registry ?
