Hello all! I have a small, but annoying problem. I'm running Exchange 2003, I have set up a meeting room calendar in order to let users make reservations. It works fine, the calendar accepts scheduled meetins and notifies users. There's one problem:
When there is a conflict, two overlapping, scheduled meetings, the calendar notifies the user making the reservation by email. The message itself is truly unimpressive, small font, lame colours. It's no miracle people don't realize there is a scheduling conflict. Changing the fonts and appearence related settings did not have any influence. At least I would like the header of the mail message to say "THERE IS A SCHEDULING CONFLICT" or so. Any ideas?
