I am currently working on a database that sends out invoices for utility services. What I am trying to do may be simple, but I am stuck. I want the person to be able to click on the address for the service then in a subform or in the main form I want it to populate the previous months meter reading so that the person only has to enter the date and the present reading. Does any one have any suggestions on how to do this? I have it where it will populate the previous months reading in the form, but it shows all the records for that address and I would like for it to only show the current record that needs to be updated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
