Is this coming from sharepoint or a bad NIC?

provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

This error usually points to NIC difficulties. Typically, an application sends keep-alive requests which, for whatever reason (NIC config, VLAN, etc. etc.) are not replied to in a timely manner by the server. I experienced this problem with a VM (VMWare).

Good luck!
