Mitel CXi 4.2 SP1.
We have a MLAA with a number of options and have found that when a caller picks their option and the caller is delivered to the ring group, the endpoints carry on ringing for anything up to 10 seconds after the caller had aborted the call.
The MLAA starts with a speed call to the number of the menu tree. The user pressed the corresponding option which is then pushed to either a ring group or hunt group. The correct sets ring and if you pickup all is fine. If the caller decides to hang up during the ringing process handsets continue to ring for a period (anything up to 10 seconds) or some picks up the phone and are greeted with dead air. I'm assuming this might be a campon / timeout timer, but should I be looking at the COS for the VM ports or the COS for the trunks.
Additional information: If I speed call direct to a handset and hang up the call is killed off straight away.
