A totally obscure problem about video downloads

I am using for video sharing.

IE 7 seems to work flawlessly everywhere else and also on this website (uploading, creating videos - everything!) EXCEPT I cannot view the videos I created. I used to be able to, but something changed on my computer and is preventing me from see my videos. I reinstalled IE 7 and I have correct plug-ins for WMV files. QuickTime videos work perfectly.

Everyone who has access to my site at Neptune can view the videos except me.

Any suggestions.
