Just a thought for NEC users in these troubled times, if you need to work from home, you can use UC Suite loaded onto your laptop with softphone enabled and a VPN. Thing is you normally need licences for this but if you haven't already consumed it, there is a 60 day Demo licence that can be activated which will allow you to action this without cost. Speak to your supplier as even if you have used this, there is a 10 day licence that can be invoked but not as easily. It could be a case of life or death so if your 60 day licence has expired, hit up your supplier as it can be reinstated by TAC if you give them remote access and they are willing to do so! We are doing this ourselves!

Good to know. Also, NEC is offering some licenses for free for a length of time. Contact your NEC rep for details.

Here in OZ they have also backflipped on the End Of Life (apparently) of the SL1100 to assist with allowing people to work from home!

NTAC released a ST500 document for the SL1100. Best effort support.

Belvedere, any chance I could get to see that document as we haven't been shown that down here and I would like to see if I can get it to work here.
