I'm looking for advice on how to approach the following project:
I want to develop a utility that will allow our users to upload multiple .pdf files into our Oracle database (they will be BLOB types in the table). The users also need to be able to extract these files and delete them.
I am very new to Oracle so I'm not even sure what my development options are. Is this something that can be done through a form itself or will I need to use Java in some way?
Please point me in the right direction. I appreciate your help!
