I was able to solve it with Internet Anagram Server, using your hints as restrictions it gave me 6999 anagrams to choose from. I imported them into a table and deleted all the anagrams that didn't fulfill the third hint, reducing the set to 476 anagrams. The rest was easy. Good one SlyHaze!
