Hi

I have multiple row containing various data in one table

Code:
0125534229 15/04/2006 10:19:13 0 ATR Line 5 No BSM
0125534229 15/04/2006 10:19:33 MC10 MC10 MCS
0125534229 15/04/2006 10:19:36 US MC10 MC10 BSM
0125534229 15/04/2006 11:53:24 US MC11 MC11 Flght
0125534229 15/04/2006 11:53:44 1 ATR Line 5
0125534229 15/04/2006 11:54:19 0 ATR Line 5

What I would like to do is consolidate each of the indicidual line into 1 row.

Is it possible, and how can I do it

Thanks

Phil

Any chance you could post the expected output with your sample data ?

Hope This Helps, PH.

Then you must answer the following questions...
what about
column 3 with 6 values
column 4 with 2 values
column 5 with 4 values
column 6 with 3 values
column 7 with 5 values

how does this all get "consolidated"?

Yes

I would like to select individual items from each row into 1 row I can then export, so it looks something like.

Code:
0125534229 15/04/2006 10:19:13 US MC10 ATR Line 5 No BSM MCS 11:54:19 ATR Line 5

Hope this makes it clearer

Thanks

Phil

PHV

I want to use the first time stamp and then just add items from each row into one.

Thanks
