A Simple REFRESH

Hi,

I need to refresh my page every time it is accessed. Is there a method in ASP that can do this.

I've tryed Response.Expires =0 or -1, but they don't do anything that I can notice. The page is still brought up from the cache. This is not what i want.

Please, any suggestions would be good.
