A server error when printing to journal - Microsoft POS

Hello,

Does anyone use Microsoft POS? I'm unable to print to the journal during a transaction. Keeps saying there is a server error, but everything checks out ok. This for imagine receipts so there is a copy of all the receipts for the day.
