I had to change the service logon for all of my crystal services to a domain account instead of the local system account. Now, when trying to schedule a report to destination CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged using that same account I get:

Error Message: login error. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged: A required privilege is not held by the client.

If I change the services back to the system account it works fine. I need that domain account to be able to access an .MDB on a shared network drive.

Is this SQL related somehow?

It would appear that the Domain account does not have sufficient Network access priveleges to the unmanaged disk destination you are specifying whereas the System Account does.

Try logging on ot the CE Server as the Domain account user and try navigating to the destaination folder. My bet is that you will not be able to navigate there.

Grant the required access priveleges for the Domain account to the Destination Folder and it should work.
