A report is corrupted by a Save after a Warning during printing

Hello, I have Paradox 11 running XP.
I open a report (Letter size 8.5x11), then goto design and change the filter and preview the report. I print the report and get a message "Report layout settings (page size, paper orientation) have been changed within the print dialog." with Yes or No option to proceed. I take Yes and the report prints, then a prompt Do you want to save the report, if I Save the report it becomes corrupted. The data fields have actually been moved around!

Current theory is: The Paradox default Page Setup seems to be 8X10. Can I change this to (8.5x11)?
