A/R Customer Comments "Disappearing"

Accpac Accounts Receivable V5.3 SP3.

Recently we have noticed that the comments inserted on the customer master file disappearing after just 24 hours. We have not made any changes to the system wrt this.

We have set the default expiry date to 99999 and the expiry date on the comments tab is set to a fews years from now.

Has anyone ever come across this?
