A quick way to find unused 4 digit numbers? 1

Good Afternoon,

Is there a quick way to find all four digit number that are not being used in our OpenScape 4000 V7 R2? Every time I need to add a phone it takes forever to find a four digit number that's not being used for something. I periodically run every report available in "OpenScape 4000 Export Table" tool and place all individual spreadsheets into one excel workbook (Still relatively new to Siemens). Even then when I find a four digit number that doesn't appear to be used in any reports I'll often reach a phone or something when dialed. is there anything I can run in ComWin to find all the unused four digit numbers?
