Hi,

I've got a logo I'm trying to draw that includes some text and an image on a background. I can't get the text and image to be transparent to let the background through. I've upload where I'm up to so that you can see what I mean...

I'm assuming you want the white rectangle around "friends at Rest" and the dove to be transparent correct?

If so you'll need to use the Magic wand tool to select the white background, and remove it.

you'll have to play around with the tolerance setting until you get a tight enough selection around the letters and dove, then just delete the selection.

Ignorance is not necessarily Bliss, case in point:
Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.

Genius!!!

It worked a treat. Many many thanks.
