A question/Observation

I just got a new G4 with 10.2/Classic running on it and I've noticed a very annoying little quirk happening. Wondered if any one else has seen this.

When I create a new folder for new job or whatever I happen to be doing, the "untitled folder" name appears as it should next to the new folder. However, before I have a chance to type the name I want it to be, it de-selects itself and I have to then click on the text to re-highlight it so I can type.

To most this wouldn't be a proble but I have to make new folders all day for the 50 or so jobs I do, plus incoming emails and a number of random other things.

Anyone have this trouble?

I was also annoyed by this but found the following new way of doing things:

Create your new folder. The new folder will appear hightlighted. Hit 'enter'. You can now type the new folder name.

I just re-read the matter of it being de-selected after creation. Make sure you are up-to-date as well (10.2.6).
