A question about Flash 5 and HTML Pages

I want to embed a html document into a flash movie, I don't know if you have to buy a separate program to do so, or what.

I want to put a HTML document into a Flash movie so i can change what appears on the screen with out remaking the flash movie.

Still don't get it! Unless you want to load an html from a Flash movie that will replace that movie! Is that it?
