How can I see for example which process from the taskmanager is using a certain file because when you try do delete or move such a file windows does not allow it and I have a problem finding which application is using a file that I want to delete. If you can help me in some way please reply. A function or something I have no idea. 
P.S. (I cannot do it with a startup disk because I have a NTSF partitiion )
