If you put the sd card in a reader, are thd files intact.

Did this happen because you defaulted the system or did you default it because of the problem.
Could be the power supply. If you could try that first. After that it removed cards and see if it’s those.

PWR-M is produced in three versions, PSLP1433 is known for just such a malfunction.
If you have up to 4 EXT cards you have use PWR-S.
