PNSM appears in each line of the return address fields when creating envelopes (through microsoft word). How do I remove this?

Thx.

When you click on Tools>Envelopes and Labels, it shows a dialog containing the default return address. You can change it there. When you click OK, it asks whether you want to save the new return address as the default; just answer Yes.

Unless, of course, PMSN doesn't show up there, but comes out on the envelopes anyway. In that case, something mysterious is happening. Does PMSN mean anything to you (say, your employer's name)? Rick Sprague

'PMSN' doesn't show up until it prints out on the envelopes. I have no idea where it's comming from. Thx for getting back with me.

Need to know how to git rid of PMSN at the top of the page when doing a print out or envelopes?

Is there no one that knows tha answer to this question?? How can I get rid of the letters PMSN when printing a letter'or an envelop.

Hi beastie. Go to Tools-Options-User info. What's there?

Also, Tools-Envelopes and Labels. Just to the upper-right of the "return address" box is a little checkbox that says "omit". Check it.
