A pc display of calls in queue

Hi there. I know there was a program that was run under Symposium for each user to allow a display on their computer.Is there such a thing under Contact Center and what is it if it exists. I cannot remember Symposium at all anymore.

Agent Desktop Display (ADD) is included in the Contact Center Manager Administration (CCMA) or web client application.

It requires multicast signaling between the CCMA and the agent desktop PC, AND a small applet to be loaded on the agent's PC.

It is documented adequately in the CCMA installation and management guide.
