A PC and a projector

I have to set up a PC in our board room, and connect it to our projector. Now for the stupid question. Is there a key combination to configure the display options? On the old setup, the laptop had keys for toggling from the monitor to the projector.

The laptop probably had the keys to switch to an external monitor.
I suspect that you will only need to plug the projector into the display adapter and go. Ed Fair
