No such thing...right. When you do an "export" from exchange 5.5 is that making a copy of information or is it moving information, or are there options to do either? I think I know the answer but I want to be sure. :0)I could get into a lot of trouble if I were wrong on that one. Example: If I do an export of all recipients would their mailboxes all still be there and functioning after I did it? I'm thinking that they would be and that I would have a .csv file listing all of them. I've been searching for documentation but haven't found an answer that I feel comfortable with yet. Also, I've found some documentation on technet that says that all exchange 5.5 public folders are mail-enabled and hidden by default. One of my responsibilities is to identify which folders are mail enabled for the new messaging team. What's the easiest and quickest way to determine if a public folder is mail-enabled? Does anyone know the easiest way to create a list of members of a distribution list (listed in the GAL)via outlook 2000. One last question. If a user has the appropriate permissions, what would be the easiest way to make a "copy" of the contents of a public folder using outlook 2000? Export to a pst? If that is the case, is it possible to export all the different kinds of public folders "calendars, appointments etc." via that method. I've found lots of related documentation on these subjects but a little reinforcement from a pro would make me feel a lot better. :0)

Thanks in advance
Darth
