a-number with OPI type 6 DBC3214 not OK

Anyone ?
The answer I got from my service provider was that PARVAL=7 in SP11 was OK .
First , PARVAL=4 is the correct setting according to ALEX.
Secondly , am I supposed to upgrade to SP11 just to get a-number indication on my OPI 3214 ? It works fine on OWS and DBC3202/3213 .
Sorry I don't agree on that one !
There must be a patch ?
One more thing I have seen is that on OWS the a-number is shown before the call is answered which is what I want. However on DBC 3202/3213 OPI I need to answer the call to see a-number . The latter must be a fault or ?
